I remembered how lucky I am

For the last few weeks I have been stuck in worry mode.

I can do that. Worry and focus on stupid stuff that means nothing in the big scheme of things.

Pretty sure we all can.

It is something that I am aware of. Something I try to snap myself out of, but every now and then I get stuck in a rut.

Time to remember how lucky I am.

Back story – –

I am in the process of getting a website makeover done. My web guy is working on it at the moment.  He emailed me to request some pics of me teaching my usual outdoor Group Personal Training class.

I  asked my 12 yr old daughter Holly to get out of bed early yesterday morning to take some pictures of my local face to face class.

(**By “asked” I mean I paid her $10 bucks. My daughter is an entrepreneur in the making. She even sells her own Wear a Wish handmade bracelets here on my website)

Holly had never used the camera before,  but it was short notice so I handed it to her and hoped for the best.

Now we get to the part where I remembered how lucky I am.

When I checked out the photos and posted them to my Facebook page, I saw my class from fresh eyes.  I saw my work from an outside perspective.

I remembered how happy and lucky I am to have a job like this.

Surrounded by my group of awesome clients who I genuinely like, respect and want to spend my time with. 🙂

These images gave me a great pick me up. They reminded me of just how lucky I am to do this for a living.  I feel so much better now.  Ready to start a new positive week (and I might even have a new program coming soon)

Oh, and how good did Holly do?

She might have found her career path?
