However there is a good reason that these lessons are at week 6.
Exercise effectiveness on your weight loss result is a long way down the priority ladder compared to nutrition.
A LONG way down.

Exercise is important for a lot of reasons though, so no excuses not to do it.

However, as far as fat loss results go, the following is pretty true for most people (including myself)

  • Exercise alone…not really effective
  • Diet changes alone … effective
  • Exercise plus diet changes … more effective
