Total Body Tone Up – FREE Fitness Challenge

1) Instructions

Please do as many as you can of each exercise with good form and without stopping. If you can do more than 30, then you will need to make the exercise harder by adding a jump or adding a weight.  Rest for up to 60 seconds in between each set.

I recommend downloading Map My Run, or Map My Walk app for Sundays challenge. Alternatively you could  map out a local route of approximately 1km and aim to improve your time for exactly the same distance each week.

** Please do NOT continue any exercise if you feel pain through a joint, or dizzy / nauseous.

3) Important NOTE – 

This Total Body Challenge primarily focuses on using and over-loading your muscles, not reducing the amount of body fat you have.

If you also want to lose body fat,  you will need to achieve a calorie deficit. 7000 calories to lose 1kg. I explain this in full in the below free weight loss video training..

For the majority of people who exercise less than 10 hours per week, MOST of your fat loss results will come from your nutrition plan, not from your fitness plan.
