5 minute workout. Anywhere. Anytime.

 5 minute workout

Sometimes exercise just doesn’t fit into our day, for whatever reason.

However, if you can pump out…

* 100 upper body exercises (eg. push ups or tricep dips)

and

* 100 lower body exercises (eg. squats or lunges)

(I like to do 25 of each x 4 repeats)

You will have used and overloaded most muscle groups of your body, got yourself huffing and puffing and revved up your metabolism for a short time afterwards. It takes less than 5 minutes.

**Feel free to start with less than 100 and work your way up.

** Choose a different exercise each time that you do this.

IMPORTANT – Always stop exercising if you feel pain through a joint, or if you feel nauseas or dizzy.
