WILL POWER
It’s a limited resource that runs out quickly as you “spend” it during your day.
—————-
A little imagination exercise for you.
Imagine you get 100 Willpower dollars ($WP) to spend each day. You need to use those dollars wisely, in order to have any left come night time. All of the little daily decisions and stresses “cost” you a couple of will power $ ($WP) each time.
Example
- Deciding what to eat for breakfast (instead of having it pre-planned) = $2WP
- Arguing with the kids = $5WP
- Having a bikkie at the office, then beating yourself up for it = $3WP
- A complicated task at work = $7WP
- and so on and so on
** This is also known as “Decision Fatigue”

OK, I do realise that there are 9 tips there, not 7 as stated. I came up with 2 more after this initial blog post was written.
Consider the last 2 bonuses. 🙂 .
