WHOOOOOSHHHH !!!
Did you see it. Did you feel it? The first half of 2015 has almost flown by.

A little back story…
In 2014 I set goals.
I wrote them publicly and updated them regularly. You can view my 2014 goals HERE.
Quite honestly, it was one of the best things I have ever done. Especially my “Go somewhere new each month” challenge. I am scratching my head that its almost half way through 2015 and I did not do the same goal setting and goal getting exercise this year. I plan to rectify this and do a 2015 goals post very soon (better late than never).
Instead of beating myself up and focussing on what I haven’t done, I have taken inspiration from THIS BLOG POST from Live Breathe Relax and decided to take stock of what I have actually accomplished and experienced so far this year.

My January to May 2015 Stocktake
Making: Beaded jewellery from The Bead Room with my very clever daughter Holly.
Thinking: Constantly. Especially at 2am in the morning. Make it stop!
—–
Attending: A Secret Sketch Tour of Sydney (again, with Holly). This is my attempt at sketching her.
Listening to: Podcasts. Seriously, I think I am addicted. I love so many, but Timbo at Small Business Big Marketing is my all time favourite.
—–
Walking: My dog Timmy every morning while listening to above podcasts. Best way to start my day.
Watching: Nashville !!! . My best friend Sandy downloaded the whole series for me. I have never downloaded and watched a show on demand before. It sure can be addicting (and time wasting). But absolutely loving the show and the music ( oh, and the cowboys 😉 )

Wearing: Reading glasses. . ALL. THE. TIME. I have been in denial for a looooong time. But now I cant read a damn thing without them.
Trying out: Pole dancing classes. Hilarious. NOT sexy. So much fun though. I get a workout just at giggling at myself. You can read my Pole Dancing Chronicles each Tuesday morning on my Facebook Page .

Eating: TOO MUCH !! Seriously, even though I know better, I have been eating a tiny bit more than I need each day (and then the next day, and then the next day). Aaaaaahhh, ENOUGH already.
—–
Enjoyed: Lovedale Long Lunch at the Hunter Valley Wineries in my red gum boots. Awesome day out with my girlfriends. Will be an annual event I think.
Gave up: Coke Zero. You can read about it HERE. . BUT !!! Full admission. I gave up for 6 – 8 weeks….. then I started again, then quit again, then started (about 20 times). Quitting again soon. (blog post to follow)

Needing: A foot massage…. OK, “needing” may or may not be too strong a word, but I’m sticking with it.
—–
Working on: Healthy, Happy and Hot. My 8 week online fitness and fat loss coaching program. Really proud of how much better, simpler, user friendly it is. (It is the updated version of 4 Week Fat Flush)
—–
Smelling: Issey Miyake perfume. My favourite at the moment.
—–
Experimenting with: Straight hair. Feels WEIRD for this curly hair girl. But loving the change.
Cooking: Frittata’s. So simple, healthy and balanced. Almost fool-proof (which is great for a lazy cook like me). Recipe HERE
Feeling: Grateful for the many wonderful things that I have in my life. Family and friends at the very top of that list.
—–
Wishing: I could pack up and move to a warm tropical island for the Winter. Bbbrrrrrr.
—–
Loving: Taking time out for family activities like roller-skating at Lake Gillawarna.
Reading: Facebook posts and links mostly, to be perfectly honest.
—–
Experiencing: Dirty Dancing and Rocky Horror the musicals. I have become a bit of a musical theatre regular lately.
—–
Connecting with: My fabulous face to face Bod Squad clients. They always give 100% effort and intensity AND we have a giggle too.
Looking forward to: Running “Make-Over Month”. A fun 4 week challenge to kick you guys (and myself) back into shape this Winter. Last years M.O.M. was a HUGE success. Details soon.
—–
Hoping: Lot’s of wonderful people join up to above mentioned Make-Over Month
—–
Knowing: Everything will be ok.
