Simple step by step actions that will remove at least 4kgs of unwanted fat from your body in the next 4 weeks.

  •  Make this change to your meals (including your favourite foods. NO food group is excluded)
  • Do this amount of movement each day
  • Perform this 30 minute exercise session 3 x per week (video instructions provided and no gym or equipment needed)
