Wow, can you believe that we are almost at the end of this 12 week journey. Although of course we all know that this is not the end, its actually the beginning of your new life.
You will need to practice all of these habits each day and each week until they run on auto-pilot. Some of them may already feel like it. I am guessing that some of them don’t.
Revision of habits that need attention
This week I would like you to pick up to 3 previous habits that need the most attention. Write those down somewhere that you will see often (bathroom mirror, car, office, phone or computer reminders, passwords so that you have to type it in often).
I know one week does not feel like a lot of time, but its amazing what you can achieved with focussed attention.

Take some time to reflect on the past 11 weeks.
- What have you learnt? – either about yourself or about food and fitness
- How are you different? – both physical and internal changes
- What wins have you had?
- Celebrate the changes no matter how small you think they might be
