I stopped snacking

There are 2 steps to weight loss
- burn more calories than you consume (quantity)
- consume adequate nutrients, particularly protein and fibre from veg (quality) to ensure that the lost weight comes from excess body fat and not lean muscle.

I wish we would stop arguing about who’s way is better to achieve weight loss. All methods are fine as long as they result in a calorie deficit.
Choose the method that best fits in with your life, your taste preferences and is as close to your regular routine as you can manage.
