- Would you choose a big yummy salad for lunch instead of a burger (and actually enjoy it more)?
- Would you opt for 1 wine instead of 4?
- Would you find and schedule in exercise that you enjoy a couple of times per week?
- Would you look for and find opportunities to get off your butt (move more)?
- Would you connect with friends or journal your thoughts, to share your emotions instead of eating them?
- Would you say no to the second helping of dinner and actually feel better about it than if you had said yes?
- Would you eat half a dessert when out at a restaurant because “that was enough”?
You don’t need the next fancy diet or extreme exercise regime.
