Hello and welcome to HHH preparation week.
I am so excited that you have joined me in this transformational program. On completion of this 8 weeks my hope is that you are not just fitter, leaner and lighter, but that you have all the knowledge and the skills to keep this up forever.

Before we get started, I have a little bit of bad news for you.
There is no such thing as the perfect fitness and fat loss program.
Even this one. You must take the parts that work for you and do more of those. Take the parts that are not working as well and tweak and improve on those.
Keep tweaking, improving, perfecting, listening, questioning and adjust accordingly.
Once you become an expert on your own body, you will never have to “DIET” again. You will know what works for you, what doesn’t and how to fix it.
Questions to ask yourself:
- Am I achieving fat loss consistently each week? (No matter how small)
- Are my energy levels high? Are they stable?
- Are my hunger and craving levels managed?
- Do I feel in control, but not obsessive?
- Can I keep this lifestyle up forever?
If the answer to any of these questions is NO, then you need to keep adjusting. (We go into this in more detail later on in the program). This will be a continuous process. View it as your own little experiment and have fun with it.
