But Chriss, what about sugar?
If you set yourself an appropriate calorie budget and fill it with adequate protein, carbs and fat, then your sugar intake will naturally be lower. Oh, and please know, there is no need to quit it completely.

But Chriss, does that mean I need to strictly count every calorie IN and OUT?
No. I don’t strictly count calories in vs out. Neither do my clients. Most of this can be achieved with habit changes and new routines. However a little awareness about calories goes a long way.

But Chriss, what about exercise?
While it’s true, exercise can help you achieve the calorie deficit needed to achieve weight loss, it only plays a small role. There are 168 hours in the week. Exercising for 3 – 6 hours per week will only make a small dint. This is NOT to say you should exercise more, just to make clear that most of your weight loss results will be achieved via your nutrition plan.

Recently I filmed a Facebook Live Video about this exact topic.
It all makes sense Chriss. Can you help me with a step by step plan?
As a matter of fact I can. I have created a revolutionary new Healthy Habit change program so you can lose weight and keep it off without white knuckling it and relying on willpower alone.
I would LOVE for you to join me.
This information is NOT implying that fat loss is easy
There are so many human, messy, emotional reasons why weight loss is not easy. We need to break old habits. We need to create new ones. We need to react differently to stresses. We need to love ourselves. I could go on and on about why weight loss is not easy.
What I am saying is that it doesn’t have to be so complicated and confusing. Let’s agree to ignore the out dated rules, guidelines and regulations that make the whole process harder than it needs to be.
