girls empowerment workshop

M-Powered Girls club provides fun, creative and interactive well being workshops for girls aged 8 – 12 years. The workshops are based on positive psychology principles and mindfulness techniques.

We aim to foster positivity, confidence and resiliency in young girls, before they reach their teenage years.

Girls come away from our workshops knowing themselves better and understanding the power they have over their own minds and life.

In this full day workshop, we will explore mindfulness, identity, strengths, friendships, resilience, growth mindset and gratitude through active games, art/craft, drama, vibrant discussion and group work.

**The workshop is limited to 9 girls maximum, to ensure personalised attention where needed.

Safety information

* All staff and volunteers have a valid working with children’s check.

* A Covid safety plan is in place

* You must fill out a form before the workshop and advise us of any medical conditions, medication requirements, allergies, behavioral issues or other relevant information.

* If your child is unwell please contact us and keep them at home.

* Please stay 1.5 metres apart when dropping off or picking up.

* Please santitise your hands on your way in.
