this personal message is for anyone who has ever been concerned that they are not getting fitter, because their exercise session still feels HARD.
Or if you have ever thought to yourself that you are not fit enough to start a new exercise class or session.
Oh, and just to clarify…
I was huffing and puffing even MORE than this, but I flubbed my words in the first take and had to start again a few minutes later.
